AP CLEANING SERVICE

A friend recommended AP Cleaning Service after we'd had bad experiences with other services.  The crew shows up on time every week and my house is clean when they are finished. It's almost always the same group of 4 women who come, which I like. We've had to change the service day once or twice around the holidays, which can be tricky.  Once it didn't work out so well, but they are so good otherwise, and really try to accommodate schedules and needs, that I highly recommend them.  I also like that Kathy, the coordinator, is comfortable communicating by text message which is so much easier for me than phone calls/voice mail.

They are very good.  They do what they say they are going to do.  They clean the house thoroughly and they mob the floors.  My wife is the one who seems to like them.  They do a good job and are prompt.  They are in and out in an hour.  Their price has stayed the same for the past two or three years.  They here when they say they would be here.

The team at AP brings 5 people in at once and they are able to get the whole house done in just 1 hour. The quality of work is very high and I will continue to use them.

They came early, checked the house out and gave me an estimate. It took them longer than they had anticipated to finish the work. I was called and told that it would take them at least half an hour longer and not to worry about it and pay the amount that was quoted to us. There were four people here, and it took them about an hour and a half to finish the job. They did a very good job. The kitchen floor was what I really wanted done. They had worked hard on it, but it didn’t turn out quite as clean as I would’ve liked.

Better than expected.

They arrive on time to do the cleaning. They are always professional while they are cleaning. I will continue to use them in the future. They are personable people.

We have a regular housekeeper who comes every 2 weeks, but her day fell on Christmas so she could not come. We were having a New Years party so my wife wanted the house cleaned. I called numerous places on Friday morning (New Years Eve was Monday). Most of the companies did not have anyone available to get it done before Mon evening. I left a message at AP Cleaning and Amy called be back promptly. She was very professional and helpful and said she had a "crew" available Saturday morning. She explained what they would do (and my choices - e.g., how to clean the hardwood floors). They arrived promptly - 4 woman, one of which was the English speaking driver/crew chief and went right to work. I took the driver on a tour of the house and explained some things that needed to be done (e.g. which beds to change and which to only make). They were done in less than 2 hours. I am not the expert on how they did, but the fact that my wife did not complain tells me they were good.

Amy, the business manager is a great person to deal with. She calls each Friday as a confirmation before the Monday the four person team is scheduled to clean my home. The team stays one hour and does a great job. The company is insured and will cover/repair any damaged items should that ever become an issue.
