As far as I know, they are good. I had one guy on a regular for a long time and then he just changed job or something. He was good. I knew him. I expect of him and now I got a new guy and he seems okay. Their price seems reasonable.

I've used Air Pride for over a decade and always receive excellent, knowledgeable service from them. My A/C was not cooling the house well enough. Air Pride provided a free diagnosis of the problem as a failing evaporator coil. They provided the option of replacing just the coil at a cost of $600-700 or full replacement of the 13 year old A/C. Since the AC was close to the end of its lifespan, I opted for full replacement.

Additionally, I had a problems with a very bad installation of my furnace 3 years ago by another unrelated company, so I asked Air Pride if they could rebuild the ductwork so that the 3 year old furnace would function properly.

Air Pride was able to begin the work the same afternoon that I received their quote, and finish it the next morning. Their workmen were very capable and left the work area in the basement neat and clean. They hauled away the old ductwork and AC. My new AC is very quiet, which is a big positive when we sit outside on the patio.

We knew the 30 year old A/C would eventually have to be replaced.  Air Pride was honest, trustworthy and timely.  They worked with us on the price.  They were great!

Girl on phone was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get someone out quickly, as we just moved to our home and wanted the vents cleaned right away. Was given date within the week:) Tech was prompt, courteous and fast. Cleaned up around himself when he was finished. Very professional and 'no' talking on cell or texting!! REALLY appreciated this! Will definately use again!!

My furnace was making a noise. I called Air Pride, upon arrival the service tech found that my blower motor needed to be oiled, which he then added oil and also made me aware to change my filter more frequently! He also gave me a $20.00 off coupon which I thought was very kind in this economy! Over all I was very satisfied with the excellent service Air Pride provided and would definitely use this company again.
