Todd, Jordan, and the crew did an excellent job repairing our 100+ year old slate roof and copper gutters and downspouts. Their pricing is competitive given the limited supply of companies with the expertise to work on slate and clay tile roofs. I know my roof is in good hands and plan to have them back annually for maintenance.

They did a great job. The only downside is they are not the cheapest, but they did a good job. We have specialty roof requirements, roofing tiles, not a regular roof so it requires special skills. They did a great job but they always do.

Todd did a home inspection on my slate roof. He also was available for multiple phone calls regarding my system. He is very knowledgeable, nice and his prices seem reasonable. I would use him again on future projects

Todds team are true professionals. If you want top quailty work and a very responsive manager these are your guys. I have a tile roof on and old house and have used these guys at least 4 times for various jobs and have been very happy each time. There are many guys out there that say they know tile roofing, but they dont. This team specializes in tile you will not be disappointed.

The crew was obviously experienced, and I had confidence in their recommendations and methods. While this work was expensive, the roof should be good for many decades. I has several bids on the work. All quotes were higher than expected, but Todco was the lowest.

We were considering buying a large 1920's house with a glazed tile roof. We knew it had some damage, but couldn't see much of the roof and had no idea what it would take to repair it. Very few roofing companies do this kind of work and you want to stay away from the companies that are really not experts in handling these types of materials. We called Todco. The owner returned our call immediately. We explained that we needed an inspection and a bid to fix any problems found. We were honest about our situation and told him that we were still deciding whether we were going to move forward with the purchase. He said that they get that kind of call all the time and, so they charge 300.00 for the inspection. It seemed high at first, but we had no choice, because the other Angieslist companies that we had contacted would not return our calls. So we moved forward with Todco. He sent out one of his foreman who did one of the most thorough and lengthy inspections I could have expected. This man spoke with us at length, explaining the various problems and the type of construction in that sort of roof. It was an education; it was clear that this guy was a skilled craftsman. A couple of days later I got an emailed estimate from Todco. They also offered to send a hard copy in the mail. In retrospect, it was worth the money for the inspection because it saved us from a very costly mistake.

Todco Roofing Inc. They gave us a quote in February of last year. I think they bid $43,500. But the scope of work was different. This roofing is the most complicated of the trade that you can have. It is very complicated because everybody has a different solution. I didn't like their recommended solution, I thought it was overkill. They didn't spend a lot of time looking at the roof. They felt I needed a different type of work done.

We own an historic home and needed new copper inlaid gutters and downspouts. I did a lot of research to find a roofer qualified to handle this type of job. Todco was the most professional of anyone I called and provided good references. When they quoted the job, they sent a very knowlegeable craftsman to look at the problem. He photographed all the areas of the roof that needed work and explained all the damage. We received a detailed quote and the price remained the same through the end of the job. The work needed the approval of our village's historic committee. Todco handled all the details of this process and, in addition, worked with the village to provide all the information they needed to obtain our permit. The workers arrived every day on time and worked every day until the job was complete. They cleaned up every night before they left. The work they did was excellent. Every detail was perfect and they consulted with us whenever there was a decision to be made. The gutters, which were crafted on-site, matched the original architectural design. The materials they used were high quality. The employees are "old-world" craftsman with a great deal of experience. We needed a Village inspection when the job was complete to make sure the job was done to code but also to make sure the work matched historical requirements. We passed with no problems. I highly recommend Todco and will definitely use them should we have any future roofing issues.

The work was impeccable. However, when it came time to pay the owner said it would cost more money even though the contract had already been signed. He claimed they had to do more work than on the contract, but he had never informed me. I would not use again because of the overprice and the rudeness of the owner.

All work was done promptly. The work area was left clean. The church custodian's inspections revealed that all work was done correctly. We have had no further problems with the areas which were repaired. The owner has been very responsive to our needs. We will use the company again.

Todd, the owner came over and gave me an estimate. He listened to what I had to say, drew diagrams as to the location of the low spots, explained how the roof was not put on properly and showed me how they could remedy the situation. When work started, they were very professional, knew exactly what to do and finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up all around the house. When work was completed, the owner came over to inspect it and asked if there was anything I wasn't happy about. I mentioned one thing and in two days they were back to fix it to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.

The initial gentlemen who came, he was the tradesman not the salesman, was able to explain to me what the problem was and how they would fix the problem. I have done quite a bit of work with roofers and many times the salesperson is the one that comes and they aren't very knowledgeable so I appreciated the fact that this guy knew what he was doing, he was actually the tradesman. He demonstrated the problem and told me how he was fixing it. The problem is I haven't had any rain yet so I am not sure if it works yet but I am very confident it will.

We just finished the roofing project with them. They were excellent and really did a great job. They were on time, on budget, courteous and friendly to deal with. They were everything we wanted them to be. They are a really good company. They were knowledgeable. They seemed very skilled with our specific type of roof, which only few roofing companies deal with; not everybody does these tiled roofs. The quality was excellent. They have also worked on my neighbor?s roof. We went through a competitive process, and they were one of several companies that we looked at. It is expensive to work on these roofs. They were flexible in terms of payment terms. They were super responsive. They got back to us right away. They were punctual. They were here all day. We had no problem. We were very happy. We would probably use them again in the future.

Had repair work done on cement tile roof. Had leak which was identified and repaired. During repair, rotting wood and leaking water was found in the area of the chimney. I was immediately notified and an estimate was given to me to have the work done then since they were working on that area of the roof. Other scattered tiles on the roof that were broken were also repaired. Todd called me back the day I called for an estimate. He was professional, punctual, answered phone call, questions and concerns. He was very helpful and I will continue to work with him and his company in the upkeep of my roof.

Todco Roofing matched the tile on my roof perfectly and repaired the leak around my skylight. They are friendly and professional and I am so happy I can count on them. I spoke with their employees while they were working on my house and they have been doing their jobs for many years. Another company wanted to put TAR on my tiles (even I know that is wrong)! Thankfully I looked around for a professional and reputable company. I highly recommend them.
