SHE COMES RIGHT TO YOUR HOUSE, PICKS THEM UP AND DELIVERS THEM WHEN FIXED; ALL IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. SHE CLEANS, OILS, ADJUSTS AND IF NECESSARY REPLACES PARTS. SHE HAS REPAIRED SEVERAL CLOCKS FOR ME OVER THE LAST YEAR BUT I THINK MY DOG LOOKS MORE FORWARD TO HER VISITS THAN I DO. SHE ALWAYS BRINGS HER A NICE DOGGIE TREAT!
