We are family owned company that has been in the south Chicagoland area for four generations. We are a company that is determined to educate our customers before the job is started and to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with the job when it is completed. All of our customers have full access to me, Ryan, owner of Sullivan Septic and Sewer, and deal direct with me from the first call to the last hand shake. At Sullivan Septic, you as a customer will be provided with honest up front service. We do not have any hidden costs or fees. For example, you will be given a total price when you call to have your tank pumped. That price will be for a complete job that includes the digging and backfill of the tank. We will not have an extra charge for something that should be included. Sullivan Septic and Sewer has the equipment, knowlege and experience to make sure all of our customers needs are fulfilled. Sullivan Septic and Sewer workers carefully removed the surrounding sod and soil around the leaking distribution box. A new modern distribution box was installed along with new pipes and connecting lines to the drain field and septic tank. No leaks have been detected since work has been completed. Fast and professional service was provided. Great price!
