Excellent--even disposed of old fixture

Fixed the outside faucet and then replaced faucet in kitchen sink. One thing kind of led to another but we had asked him to check the cold water pressure in the kitchen sink.

Work was done professionally and as fast as possible. Results excellent. This is someone I know I can depend on.

Quick response for Saturday emergency to replace dishwasher water shut off valve. Professional, personable. Overall very good experience. Good unsolicited advise on future appliance hookup for kitchen remodel. Nice young man.

Joe provided excellent service and went way beyond what was expected! Of course he replaced the pumps, but he also drained, cleaned, and sanitized our basement!! I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of work that needed to be done, beyond just getting the plumbing fixed. Well I didn't have to worry once Joe got involved. He worked tirelessly all weekend to make sure that we had every bit cleaned up. He is honest and just a really good guy. I would not hesitate to use his services again and will be recommending him to my family and friends!

went well, but pricey

I was really pleased that he was able to come right over. I had been anticipating a long weekend with the bathroom out of commission. Dislodging the obstruction, whatever it was, took some effort but it eventually yielded. Joe was methodical, very neat and careful not to leave a mess behind, and even rinsed out the tub befoer he finished. He checked out the sewer flow from the house, and, finally, showed me how to replace a broken tub stopper. Overall a very good experience.

Joe responded immediately. No problem getting ahold of him or setting up an immediate appointment.
Came out first thing in morning, spent some quality time with the drain, and fixed it.
Joe was friendly,professional,clean, fast and very resonably priced.
I would not hesitate to use his company and now know who to call right away.

Began with the washing machine dumping into the bathtub. So innocent! Escalated from there. Had to call Joe repeatedly to come back when we thought everything was fixed but it fell apart again. Toilet wouldn't flush, no washing machine stuff ike that. Eventually they had to dig out the front yard: the local pundits marked the wrong place for the pipe so they dug a trench about 6 feet deep but it was in the wrong place because they dug where the Village told them to.Joe and his crew were here day after day trying to put things right, and they did. They never seemed annoyed or upset with the job, they just did what they had to do. Very professional, but nice,

It was a long and arduous project full of serious frustration for all involved. The Village of Park Forest mis-marked where they thought the sewer line was so a lot of time was lost looking for a line that did not exist. They re-measured according to their own experience and moved the Backhoe over several feet and found the line.

Every time we thought the problem was solved and they left, we would discover that in fact it was not working. Three days Plumber Joe and his company spent here, uncomplaining and working extremely hard to solve the problem. Finally, on the third day with the help of a camera they found the difficulty and were able to break the clog apart and restore service.

He did a good job. He was nice. All of them came and did the job and they were very pleasant. He was very thorough. He was friendly. He cleaned up his mess, and took the mess with him. He was good. There was a discount but still the price was high. It was still like $180 and he was here literally may be for fifteen minutes. I thought it was high. Everything was good but he was pricey. He worked hard to get to us. It was easy to get him. He came out the same day. I called him in the morning and then he came out. I probably wouldn’t use his services again in the future.
