Excellent —very professional people— good quality unit -(TRANE)—2nd floor unit that was replaced cools the entire house. The first floor unit (original) doesn’t need to run as often. I highly recommend this company.

After they came out and quoted us a price, we set up installation a couple of days later and all went well. Very professional and knowledgeable. All work was completed by the end of the day and cleaned up. We are very happy with all that was done!

Darryl and his crew were awesome. When he first came to give the estimate he was on time and very professional. He walked me through the process, and made sure I understood what would happen. He made suggestions and listened to mine. He explained everything about the products I'd be buying and how they would be better than what I had. On installation day he was again on time. They had my old stuff disconnected and out in less than an hour. He redid some of my ductwork so my furnace and a/c would be more efficient. When they put in my units, he did it so that I had more room than I had before. They even finished earlier than they had planned for. All in all, I would definitely recommend them.

I wasn't home when they did my house sitter was I was on vacation when my air conditioner went out, She said they were there that day and then we made our arrangement and within a couple of days they had it done.

I had another company which I had used before do an annual spring check up our 16-year-old central air conditioner.  The technician found two problems, either of which would have caused to unit to fail within the summer.  I had this company give me an estimate to replace just the central air and the combined central air and furnace with Lennox units.  I then called Magtek to have them do the same - check the existing unit and give estimates.  Magtek's prices were significantly lower, by several thousands of dollars, for comparable Trane units.  I went with Magtek.  Installation was done as scheduled, quickly, and neatly.  Magtek was also thorough in explaining the energy saving rebates to which I would be entitled for the high efficiency units I was having installed.  I was very happy with the entire process.   

The furnace was old and I wanted to replace it before heating season to avoid the possibility of an emergency call because the furnace went out.  This home was built in the early 1940's and is well maintained overall.  I had an estimate from a more local company with a Lennox unit, I don't think much of the brand.  Daryl quoted me with a Trane furnace.  I have a much higher opinion of Trane and though that the cost would be higher than the other company.  He also recommended a smaller sized furnace and explained why it was the right size for the home; to compare he also quoted the larger sized unit the other company was quoting.  Daryl was much less with the same sized unit, there was not much cost difference between the larger and smaller units.  I thought that Daryl was much more versed in his trade and his explanation of what was required than the other company.  Instead of getting another quote, I decided to hire Daryl.I couldn't be happier with the installation!  There was not much sheet metal work to be done, so the job only took about 3 hours total.  The cleaned up nicely and both of them were very friendly.  They looked at the air conditioning system on my house and made some recommendations to improve the performance without changing equipment.  I am going to have them do the work.  I am sure I will be happy.  I would recommend them to anyone and would trust them in my home or anyone's.  They  are very nice folks and really seem to know their jobs.

Darryl and his assistant did an excellent job. They were on time, polite, neat and professional. They worked very efficiently. Darryl said that job would take four to six hours; they finished in less than five. I didn't need to do any cleanup after they left and Darryl even tightened the water line to a toilet when he noticed that it was not working properly. I'm very pleased with the job that he did and my furnace works wonderfully. I will use Magtek in the future.
