They did a great job. They even matched the bathroom to the kitchen. We would definitely use them again.

When the estimators come out to estimate the job, they overestimate everything. They ended up making me purchase stuff that I didn't even need. That really pissed me off, because the type of flooring that I was getting didn't even need an underlay, but they made me buy the underlay in case they need it. I'm in construction, so I know they didn't need it. but they made me purchase probably well over $1000 worth of stuff that I had to return on my own time, and dime, which I thought was completely absurd. The price is comparable to anywhere else. The quality was fine, it was impeccable work. They came out and knew what they were doing so I didn't have any problems with that. Unfortunately they are the only big box lumber company around me. I would say shop around, I won't say that they are the only big box store. There's Home Depot, then there?s other places. As far as pricing I would shop around. Sometimes the same item is cheaper at Home Depot. The workers were fine. It took them several days to complete. They had to put down the hardwood flooring, then the trim, and then the carpet guy had to come out a separate time. They didn?t finish the trim, so they had to send out another carpenter to do the trim work. It was confusing.

They were on time. They did an excellent job of cleanup. They were everything that you would expect from a professional.

Can't say enough nice things about the folks in the Flooring Department at the Lowes store in New Lenox. I stopped in to do some and quot;comparison pricingand quot; after having one of those TV companies out for an est., I did sign a contract but luckily I was able to opt out and did just that when I saw I could save more than 50% off the 70% off sale with the TV people. I've worked with Ted, Jenny and the Manager Jim, ~ and can honestly say one is nicer than the other. I also ended up working with a gal from Installations who I thought had to also work in Flooring by the way she handled my purchase of additional product,! it's been SO refreshing to feel like they care, and special kudos to the Manager, Jim who has consistently gone and quot;above and beyondand quot; ! The floors aren't installed yet but I look forward to writing another good review!
