When I saw a front window was all cloudy due to a broken seal, I contacted Al Torto of Keating Construction in New Lenox, the company that originally put in the windows. Al was very helpful in assisting me with finding the correct replacement number that assured a proper new window. When the new window arrived, Al contacted me and set up a day and time to fix the window. He was very prompt, professional and speedy with the replacement and was in and out in a short amount of time. Every instance in which I have used Keating in New Lenox, I have always been treated fairly and professionally. I have come to expect this from Al and his guys and they never fail me. I HIGHLY recommend Keating Construction in New Lenox for windows, siding, gutters and just about anything else! Just give Al a call!!

I want to give a big and quot;shout outand quot; to the folks at Keating Construction. They replaced all the windows and gutters on my tri-level home with professionalism, courtesy and a great sense of humor. Owner Al Torto is a joy! When I contacted him about the Gutter Guards I wanted removed, he responded in a timely manner and got the job done for me. Al Torto and his company did an amazing job! The soffit, fascia, gutters and windows look fantastic! I highly recommend them. Extremely professional. I felt very comfortable having them work for us. From the beginning, Al was the man that came out to do the estimate and also the same guy we saw working on our windows. I didn't feel the need to worry about who was in our house. I had to leave on one of the days they were working and they were completely trust worthy and even locked up the house for me. On the day that I was home, the crew was wonderful when it came to dealing with my two little boys talking their ears off. I definitely plan on having them do more work for us again and I've already mentioned Keating Construction to other people I know that are looking to have work done.

He came out and was very thorough, courteous, and tells you everything up front so that there are no surprises. You call and they call you right back. I have actually called him to have further work done.

Al Torto of Keating Construction met us for an estimate/demonstration of how the windows are energy efficient and to price them. He then offered several options for payment. When we decided to proceed with the job he was on time the two days it took to replace 10 large windows. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the procedure. His crew was always professional and friendly. The bonus now is our home is toasty warm. No more drafty windows! Our utility bills already have been reduced!
