450Glen had installed OTC microwaves before so that part of installation was relatively easy.  Getting the electrical outlet was much more of a challenge.  Glen spent about an hour snaking through various existing conduit trying to find a path from kitchen to circuit breaker box in basement.  For whatever reason the builders had routed all the conduit to a junction box located behind a wall which made it impossible to "snake" through and would require a hole to be cut into wall to use.  So he ended installing a new breaker in circuit box and running a new dedicated conduit from basement to kitchen.  This amount of work was not planned and he had to go to local hardware store to buy circuit breakers, conduit, etc.  He actually installed two new circuit breakers because he bought an extra just in case the first one proved defective.  Despite all the extra work he only charged me the initial estimate.  And always, things were as neat and tidy when he was done as it was before her started - maybe neater :)

Glen was very professional in his work and also pleasant to have around. Even our dogs liked him! He was on time each day he was here, and finished every job in good time. He called if he was going to be delayed. We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of all work done, and will definitely use him again for future projects.

They were outstanding. The work that they did was really excellent. I needed some extra light put in the family room and they gave me a very reasonable estimate that worked wonderfully. The cost to do the dyer vent came within their minimum of $125 and for the same price took down the shelves in the laundry room and the nailing. I spent $600 for the lights in the family room and painting of the dining room and the ceiling was around $650 and that was a little high. It was about $300 or $350 for them to put in the stairs, so was about $1700 in total. John was the man that they sent out and did all the work was very professional. He is really good at assessing what would be the best way to do something, such as the lighting that I did not know what to do to improve it. He had a great idea and it wasn?t very costly. He was neat and he cleaned up afterward, which was really important to me. He went above and beyond and he also had some ideas for what we could do to really lighten up my family room, but I am putting off the rest of it until spring. He had some really good ideas and suggestions and none of them were unreasonable in price.

We would give him A's across the board.

Glen was very punctual as to his time of arrival, as well as returning any phone calls made by us to him on a timely manner. He also cleaned up after the work was completed. We were very pleased with his work and recommend Home MD to others.

Ed came, he was very professional and prompt. He came the day after we called him. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The prices seemed very reasonable, and we will definitely be calling them for any home repairs that we may need in the future.

I was very happy with their service, overall. I spoke with Glen the night before and they arrived to do the work the next morning. While Ed was cleaning my gutters he found a small hole in the roof that he explained was responsible for the fascia board rotting in the first place. He repaired the hole with some roof cement. He also replaced a light switch for me. I am sure I will be calling them again the next time I have a problem.

We are very happy with Glens work. Hes prompt, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. He showed up at our home (2) hours after we called. He quickly looked at everything that needed to be done and made a list of all the parts that he would need. Hes even pointed out a few other things around our house and given us tips about them. He explained the parts for the dishwasher and oven would have to be ordered and he returned (2) days later to complete the job. We believe that the prices charged are very reasonable, and we would definitely call this company again for any future handyman jobs.
