+ -1 moreThey had come out twice to quote a price, increased the price by $300 when they got here. We found out the day before that they didn't have a license to operate in our city. They asked us to go pick up and pay for their license, which we did. They tried to tack the $150 onto our bill.
Description of Work: They came to install the pool. The ground was damp. They didn't put down plywood when they brought their equipment in to dig, leaving 6 to 9 inch ruts from front yard to the back.
