Description of Work: My car had a small leak of transmission fluid; found where it was coming from. Since dealer works by himself he recommended someone else. He did not want to inconvenience me by having car for several days. Dealer was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him

 + 0 moreand quot;Elite Performance Auto Careand quot; gave us prices and exactly what they would be doing each step of the way. We were thrilled to hear that, when they dropped the oil pan, there was no metal parts in it and that the fluid was not sluggy or muddy at the bottom of the pan. So they only had to empty the fluid out, put in a new filter and then burn the memory to bring it up to date, and fine tune the gear shifting. We had read online that you should NEVER FLUSH the Transmission Fluid because it can cause further problems with the vehicle. It was good to hear that Elite Auto never flushes their transmissions. We will need to take it back in at 1,000 mi. to drain the fluid once again and put clean fluid back into it. This will assure that fluid is at it's cleanest and working the best.
Description of Work: Took our 2000 Town and Country Van in to check out what was going on with the transmission. Other places had checked the trans. and told us that they couldn't give us a price until they took the trans. apart. "Elite Performance" Auto Care just had to pull the oil pan to see what was going on.

Description of Work: I was informed by a local auto shop where I took my car for an oil change. They rotated the tires, and told me I would need in the future my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to Elite Auto, who had serviced my car in the past, but had recently moved to a further location 12 miles away. That was the best decision I made. As it turned out, the problem I was experiencing wasn't the rear end, but the front end of the car. My concern was that the check engine light came on, and I know something serious must be going on. It turned out the front drive left and right axels were in peerless condition and spewing axel grease all over. The PVC line was disconnected, the vacuum line was disconnected, and the left air box was unbolted. All this could have been catastrophic were I to continue driving my car. Elite Autos owner explained in terms I could understand and quoted me a price that I felt was in line with what my car needed. I can't say enough about the professional and timely manner in which the repairs were made.
