Custom Irrigation is a small company and they are very cost effective. The owner is not looking to make a ton of money off of you. He does high quality work and he services great. He just takes care of you, he's a great guy. He is the best irrigation system for residential. I call him everyday, he comes and looks at the system. I've had neighbors install a fence on one side of my property and they drug down both the hoses and he came out and put in new hoses. Whatever it is they take care of you. They had to replace sprinkler heads because they got run over by a car tire and he's right there to replace them. He blows it out at the end of every year and he sets it up at the beginning of every year. They're punctual and cost effective and they do an excellent job taking care of my sprinkler system. He's been doing it for 15 years, ever since he installed it. When he comes in the spring he does two things, turns everything on and make sure all the heads come up. If it's not he makes sure the lawn is cut away so the heads come up. He also does the back flow valve testing that's required by code, then the sheet needs to be sent to Lemont indicating it's been tested and passed. That has to be done every year so the water from the sprinkler system can't go backwards and into your house supply. He installed the system and he still takes care of it and that's great. He has a great personality, you call him and he comes. All of my neighbors use them, we try to get together so we get him out around the same time.
