I called the gentleman to explain the situation and ask if he could come take a look. He offered to come in the next 1-2 days. When I explained I wasn't able to close the garage door, he offered to come that day to look. Within 30 minutes he was at my house. Took him probably an hour to fix the door. He didn't try to sell me a new door, just fixed the old panel. It looks pretty good and has been functioning well ever since (~12 days). As an aside, he wasn't overly personable, but all other aspects of his service were excellent. Given his prompt service and excellent rates, I will use him again and would recommend him to others.
