It took them an hour to figure out they couldn't take the cabinet out as the subfloor was higher than bottom of cabinet.  They didn't even attempt to take the countertop off to do it that way.  Every time I walked in the kitchen they were standing there looking at it.  I finally asked if there was a problem.  I was told then that it would take them all day to just get the cabinet out.  Paying for labor for 2 guys I said no, I did not want to pay that and so I did not purchase the dishwasher.  They tore up the bottom of my cabinet and part of the front.
I gave the guys a stack of rags and told them they could use them.  Instead they used my pretty, white dish towel and it was covered in dirt and grime.  When I said something to the guy about it he literally laughed in my face.
It took the same two guys 2 hours to install a do it yourself toilet.  They tore up my bathroom wall, leaving large holes in the wall.  The toilet top was put on crooked and wobbled so they had to send another guy out to fix that.
When I showed photos to the owner of the damage they had done, there was never an appology, offer to fix it or anything.  I was still charged the full amount of the bill.
