The process went amazingly well. The whole crew was professional and courteous. They arrived on time every day and made sure their materials were tidied up before they left. The floors look amazing and the new baseboard looks great as well. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for new flooring.

We had involved the company to help install hardwood flooring for our living room. It was an amazing experience to work with Razvan and his team. They were extremely helpful during the initial quotation process explaining me the various options. From a pricing standpoint,we found them to be very reasonable when compared to some of the other competitors for similar products. I am a handy man and have been rebuilding my home of 20 plus years, a house that was built in the 1960’s. I have also added an addition to the house that includes a new master bedroom, bath, walk in closet and workshop below. When I decided to gut the flooring in the main part of the house (a lot of squeaky boards), I realized that this was something that I wanted done right. I am a perfectionist, especially when it comes to work done in my home. I began looking for a hardwood flooring specialist and talked to several individuals. After checking references, I decided to use this company. From the start, Razvan kept me advised of their time line for material delivery, schedule of work and any options that I could consider. They were always at the job site prior to start time, worked diligently minimizing any impact that their work might have on my home environment always cleaning up thoroughly before leaving for the day. They completely rebuilt the stairs and installed new floors in my raised ranch home taking great care to correct problems created during construction shortcomings some 60 years ago. Their work far exceeded my expectations. Razvan and his crew’s attention to the minuteness of details resulted in a beautiful and solid floor and stairs.

Giving Razvan and his team an A is too low of a rating. This is an an ALL STAR company! We had many contractors over for quotes and we chose Razvan because of his initial meeting, confidence, and knowledge of flooring. Razvan and his team did not disappoint! He ripped up all the old carpet, prepped the floors, installed new floors, sanded, stained and finished about 1,500 sqft plus stairs in a week. WELL WORTH THE MONEY! Razvan and his team are the best contractors we have ever worked with. The floors they put down are impeccable. We hired them from start to finish. The team shows up on time, works the entire time and is exceedingly respectful of your home. Not to mention, the entire crew is knowledgeable and able to explain to you the day to day work. I had Razvan and his team to refinish my hardwood floor on a house I bought before moving in. They did a phenomenon job. I could not be happier. I had used many contractors to work in my others houses in the past and Razvan and his company was by far the best company/people I have dealt with. They were very professional. These people take pride of their work and do the work as if it is their own floor. From the beginning they set the expectations, explained me the process and gave me a time frame. They have answered every questions I had along the way in details to my satisfaction. They let me choose the color from the samples and made bigger samples for those colors I choose to help me make the right decision. They happily worked around my work schedules and limitations. Redoing kitchen floors requires moving a lot of heavy appliances. The workmen relocated the appliances without damaging walls or woodwork which isn't an easy feat in an older home. The floors were refinished perfectly and the appliances moved back without incident. The job was done with a minimum of dust and the space was clean when they finished the job - very professional. I've referred Xquisite to my friends.

Spoiler alert: They were fantastic! I told them that I would move the books and ornaments, but that I wanted them to move the furniture. Each day they explained what they were doing, and at the end of the day, all was left tidy and clean. They sealed the work areas so there was no dust in the rest of the house. Their attention to detail was amazing. The fact that the left no dust (I really mean no dust) made it much easier to put everything back in its place. My wife and I are so pleased; we would definitely hire them again.

Floors look spectacular!! I was really impressed with Xquisite Designs. Razvan (owner) was recommended by a friend and it worked out wonderfully. They came in and set-up and went to work immediately. I was nervous about dust getting into everything but they took care to cover and protect everything...even taping off and covering baseboards! We had 2 full stories and a stairway to complete. But they handled it with ease. From start to finish, Razvan and his crew were very professional. To say that we received exceptional customer service is an understatement. I would recommend Xquisite Designs to anyone and everyone that needs hardwood floors refinished!!

Razvan was very professional. He arrived when he indicated he would and cleaned up before leaving each day. He made sure everything was carefully protected. He was very responsive to my questions about the job. When I was unsure of the color stain I wanted, he made up large samples so that I was able to picture the color in my home more easily. He used high quality stains and finishes. The job was completed within the time frame he indicated it would be. I could not be happier with my new floors. When I decide to do my stairs and master bedroom, I will definitely use Xquisite Designs again.

We had an excellent experience with Razvan and his team's work. They spent two weeks refinishing our hardwood floors across two levels of our home (2000+ sq feet), which included replacing sections of wood where we had water damage as well as installing new hardwood flooring in several areas that previously had tile. We cannot tell where the new/replaced wood was installed - it was feathered in beautifully! The majority of the flooring on our lower level is also on concrete, which presents challenges in itself, and Xquisite Designs knew how to properly handle our wood flooring without a subfloor. The team was extremely clean throughout the process and very communicative. They feature dustless sanding which we expected to still be somewhat messy but our home was spotless throughout the entire process. Razvan was dedicated to making sure our home was always clean. We wanted to see many different color samples and they were more than happy to oblige and advise. The final product is absolutely stunning and we wish we had called Razvan when we first moved in. We would recommend Xquisite Designs to anyone looking to refinish their wood floors! These guys are pros and worth every penny.
