I am a little, not as pleased with the way they have raised their prices. I haven't gotten to where I am ready to replace them but they have started me looking around. We are still using them. Mostly the price is the reason they are stimulating me to look.

Some confusion at the WOW scheduling center...when my phone line couldn't be ported by the original date of scheduled installation (Tuesday May 28) the tech rep had it rescheduled to June 6. But...when the rep that day showed up, he didn't have the order to switch the port! It had gotten cancelled rather than rescheduled. So...I had my TV and Internet swapped, but not my phone number. Had to get a temporary number until the following Monday. But WOW did offer a credit due to the inconvenience and was very professional with their mistake overall. Great customer service group.

We use Wow for local television service. We have had a good experience with this company. We do have the ability to pay our bill online for this service. I feel the price is expensive for the service provided.
