 + 0 moreI am a little, not as pleased with the way they have raised their prices. I haven't gotten to where I am ready to replace them but they have started me looking around. We are still using them. Mostly the price is the reason they are stimulating me to look.
Description of Work: We use Wow as our internet and Cable TV service provider.

Description of Work: Installed internet service. The technician was great. We've had Wow for a couple years, but were switching household members for our service. Annoyingly they wouldn't let us just change names on the account. Instead we had to cancel service, have all the equipment picked up, and reorder service so that a new modem would need to be brought out. This of course came with a $50 install fee. Not excited about that. But wanted to continue with Wow b/c that have the best prices and customer service of the 3 providers that service our address (Comcast and ATT being the other 2).

 + -1 moreSome confusion at the WOW scheduling center...when my phone line couldn't be ported by the original date of scheduled installation (Tuesday May 28) the tech rep had it rescheduled to June 6. But...when the rep that day showed up, he didn't have the order to switch the port! It had gotten cancelled rather than rescheduled. So...I had my TV and Internet swapped, but not my phone number. Had to get a temporary number until the following Monday. But WOW did offer a credit due to the inconvenience and was very professional with their mistake overall. Great customer service group.
Description of Work: Switch from COMCAST/Xfinity to Wide Open West for basic cable, Internet and land line phone.
