The home inspection was fine, the radon report was insufficient. Two different monitors were used, each providing very different results. The one showing radon (@ 4 pCi/L) was one page with no detail and no information that can be used. I called regarding this and spoke to Cole, the supervisor. She called at 4:51 p.m. and I needed to call her back which I did at 4:56 p.m. She was obviously in a hurry, kept saying that I was unhappy with the test (which was not my complaint) and said there was nothing to be done. She suggested I talk to my lawyer about getting the buyer of the house we are paying to pay for mitigation and took no responsibility for the report at all. She tried to hang up and I asked for the name of her supervisor. She said there was none and hung up on me! Horrible report and even worse customer service by Cole.

After a cancellation by my original inspector the day before my inspection due to illness, I was on the hunt for a quick and highly qualified home inspector. I located White Gloves online and their response was immediate, even though it was almost 7:00 pm. They scheduled me with an inspector for 9:00am the next morning.

Bruce was my inspector. His inspectIon took approximately 2.5 hrs for the 3400 sq ft home and basement. He was thorough and professional and identified some potentially serious issues with the home that we would not have had corrected otherwise.

Excellent job. When I set up for the appointment it was very easy and they were very nice on there customer service. They gave me a timeframe of when the inspector would arrive and Robert, the home inspector, did arrive on time and ready to go. He did a great job. As he did the inspection I followed him and he explained to me everything that was wrong or right. He was well educated and experience in buildings especially the house I am looking at because it is a older home. He crawled under the roof, on top of the roof and walk the entire roof line. He had attention to detail. Customer service said the inspection timeframe would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours and the inspector completed it into an half hours. The location of the new home was two hours away from their office and they still came out and did the inspection with great service.
