The details are all listed in my original report for 360 painting dated November 19, 2008. It is very impressive that Joe has abided by his warranty.I would hire him again.
Description of Work: I am writing this report at this point in time as a follow-up to a previous report done under 360 painting. I had given Joe Fecarota an all A rarting at that time under that company. He now has a new comapny and he has lived up to his warranty under the old company. We have called him every year to come out and touch up areas that have started to peel as a result of the cedar previously being painted by another contractor. The previous painting contractor had painted the house instead of staining the house, as it should have been, resulting in massive peeling all over the house. Joe did everything he could to correct the problem from the previous painter, completely sanded and scraped the house and painted it, and provided a warranty on his work which he has honored. He now comes back every year to touch up areas that have peeled. He is always very pleasant, professional and does an excellent job.
