They were excellent.

Jim at Watertight Exteriors handled the job from sales to installation.  I liked that - No "disappearing Salesman" after the contract was signed. Ran into some issues when the siding came off (nothing to do with Watertight Exteriors), in particular how the windows were wrapped when I replaced them 4-years ago, but I was happy with the resolution that Jim provided.  Jim is very quality-conscious and made sure that the job was done correctly. We're very happy with Jim, Watertight Exteriors, and our new siding.

I noticed a small amount of moisture in the corner of an upstairs bathroom right where a gutter downspout was on the outside. I called Watertight Exteriors because they had helped me with a small problem with a leak in my attached garage roof a few years ago. They luckily had an opening to come that day. (We had had a severe snowfall.) They came and assessed the situation. They scraped all of the deep snow off 2 sections of the roof where the gutters converge with a downspout. It solved my problem! I would use them again!

They did a good job. I would recommend them to others.They were professional and good.

Great! Problem with one window which was not their fault, but was a problem in the manufacturing. They worked with Alside to get it fixed under warranty. We will get bids from them when it's time for new gutters. They have come back and done roof inspections after rough weather and have never tried to scare us into any roof repairs.

Due to the fact that the firm is highly experienced in commercial installations of membrane flat roof systems, I decided to go with a firm that had more residential experience.  This is because my neighbors' roofs are tangent to mine and they are out of warranty. If I had a free-standing home, I would not hesitate in hiring Watertight Exteriors, who are also authorized installers for the membrane roofing system.

Generally, it went very well. The sales person (Mark) was available quickly and showed up on time. Once I was ready to order the company reacted fast. The point of contact (Mike) was very responsive and helpful. The work team showed up exactly when expected and did an excellent job - as far as I can tell anyway. The installation seems flawless, and caulking where needed was done very professionally. Downsides:- I originally received a quote on June 30, 2008, good for 30 days. When I called in late August to order the work done the price had jumped exactly 20%, to the dollar. No explanation was given for the substantial jump. This made the price go from "good" to slightly more than some other companies. - Some metal scraps were left in our yard after the work was done. These scraps, often little more than shavings, should not have been left behind. There were not many though, and they were not large. I consider it a minor detraction compared to the overall high-quality of installation. Note: I ordered this in early October, which is probably late in the season. They may have had more time to work, or fewer job demands allowing for such prompt service.

They did a marvelous job with both the siding and the roofing. Their crews were excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. They completed all the work in the same week, on schedule, even with bad weather.
