Jim was great to work with. The price was reasonable, his crew did a lot of work on my roof. He communicated well when he would be there, weather dependent. He also worked on my gutters which were also done well. They did a great job.

We suffered damage from the major storms that blew through here at the end of August. Walter was the most upfront and honest of all of the company reps I spoke with. Instead of handing me a contract and pushing me to sign he asked how I wanted to handle things and then laid out my options. He provided a fair honest quote and delivered on everything he said. His crew was on time, friendly and left my home as they found it. My new roof was installed and three weeks later no issues.

The majority of our communication/interaction was with Walter Gobetz and he was great to work with. He was quick to provide samples when asked and answered all of questions. The price quote was very competitive. We were provided with numerous options and price points which others did not offer. They also provided a 10 year warranty on workmanship where others only offered 5 years. The actual quality of work was great. They completed the work in one day and did a great job with the clean up. We would definitely recommend Watertight Exteriors for your roofing needs.

Got the job done through my insurance company which I really appreciate it. Just wish they would have replace one part of an overhang.

Watertight is a good company. They originally installed my new shingles, but along the way there were a couple of mishaps that resulted in the company having to come out to fix some vents that had originally had flexible vent tubing attached to it and for some reason it wasn't reattached to the vent. The tubing developed condensation causing a water stain on my dry walled ceiling. Walter, which I believe to be a supervisor initially came back to repair, however, it leaked again. The plan was to come out in the spring after the cold weather and install new insulated tubing for each bathroom vent and add two more vents instead of having all 3 fans vent through one. Waiting to see how it works out this winter. Do note there was an additional $800 charge to re-vent the 3 bathrooms to individual vents.

Had Watertight replace the roof on my storage shed. Arrived when they promised and had it done in about 2 1/2 hours - very efficient.

Called the number listed on the internet. I needed emergency roof repair. Weather person was calling for 2 inches of rain in 24 hours. Walt called me back within 5 minutes. Looked to see if hw had the supplies needed said he would be out within 1 hour. Walt came from Bolingbrook to Bloomingdale. He was right on time. Check the situation out got his tool belt, went up the ladder on my one story was able to easier climb onto the 2nd story. Took about 20 minutes and did what he could do in the dark. Said he come by today to double check. Great Service and his price to do what he did at 7-8pm in the evening while dark and raining was very reasonable.

Great customer service and communication. The only hiccup was that they originally delivered the materials to our next door neighbor. Once advised they corrected the error quickly

I used to do construction work, so I let them use my basement 1/2 bath room. Huge time saver. I bought a case of waters and a case of screw top Cokes. Let them eat lunch on picnic table. You reap what you sow. They did many little extras for my job. Bath vents, drip edge, power roof fan install. I bought and they installed. Cleaned up very well. Price was right!

I booked Watertight Exteriors because of the reviews were very good to excellent and I'm the type that likes high quality work at a reasonable price. I found the reviews to be right on and this company didn't disappoint me. They replaced my roof with a very high quality material and their workmanship even amazed the crew of another company that was replacing the roof of a neighbor. When a competing company tells you that "those guys are good" it put a smile on my face. I was worried about the clean up and how my beautiful lawn would look like afterwards again they cleaned up like they weren't even there. So I give them 5 out of 5 stars
