Anthony came out to look at the leak we were having with our tub. He explained things clearly, answered any questions I had, and overall made it a very easy experience. I highly recommend these guys!

They seem very responsive and have a good quality product and a large variety to choose from and the people are great to work with.

More trouble than it was worth.

I asked if they would sell me the parts. They told me there was a potential fire hazard, if the work was performed incorrectly (pump manufacturer laughed when I told them about this) and that they couldn't tell me how to do it or sell me the parts for fear of a lawsuit. Based on the information they gave me, I decided it would be cost effective to have the pump repaired for $165. The next day I checked out the online prices for the parts, needed to do the repair. The parts were $30 plus S&H. I called the pump manufacturer and they told me it was a very simple 10 minute repair, no fire hazard. I then checked the price of a new pump: $148 delivered. That's $12 less for a NEW pump than their price to repair it! I called Turbotubs and asked that the pump be returned, with no work done to it. They said the work had been completed and I could not get my pump back, unless I paid the labor charge. They misled me and their prices are ridiculous. I will never do business with this company again.

I DON'T THINK I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANOTHER PERSON
