Steve and the crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly trimming 4 large trees. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards and just as I was about to get my blower out to clean up some saw dust from my patio, one of the workers was already in back finishing the job. We discussed in detail what I wanted to have cut down and they did exactly as we discussed. I would highly recommend them.

Steve and his team did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. Steve walked the yard with us and marked what was to be removed and trimmed back before the team arrived. They completed what we wanted done and I'm very pleased with the results.

Excellent work. Arrived on time. Worked efficiently and completely cleaned up and removed all of the trees and limbs they cut down.

Not only were the trees taken out, but the stumps were removed and all plants around the trees weren't harmed. I highly recommend using Steve again.

Very professional from start to finish. Steve returned my phone call promptly and came out to provide us with an estimate within a week. He communicated with us on his availability to do the job as we were flexible with our schedule and understood this was a smaller project for him. He gave us 24 hour notice and asked if we would be available, which we were, and his crew is just finishing up as I am typing this. The crew leader was very professional as were all of the workers. They took the entire tree down very quickly and safely without any damage to our home, our neighbor's home or our lawn and driveway. I chose to keep the larger wood for firewood and instead of just leaving it for me to stack, they did it without me asking. I don't normally right reviews but felt compelled to do so based on the excellent quality of work we received.

The team had the utilities located ahead of time.  They arrived as promised at 7:30.  They carefully roped, cut, and lowered branches.  The tree was by a fence which was not damaged.  They removed the limbs and trunk, ground down the remains, raked and cleaned up all branches and debris.  They were gone by noon.

Couldn't be more satisfied. Their work was very professional with the right equipment and fairly priced. Watching them work not only showed they knew what they were doing, but that the entire crew had a lot of experience and were very safety conscious. Their clean up was even beyond the call of duty picking up my debris of broken shrub branches and cleaning the yard of leaves including a large pile of leaves at the curb.

All communication was excellent.

Took several weeks to get on Tree Concepts calendar, but not a big deal for us as the tree removal was no rush. They did the removal about 4 weeks after inital contact.

All work was done in about 1 hour. Used a truck with a crane, was done very safely. Clean up was great, no debris left except on the yard. They raked and even moved our potted flowers to ensure they didn't get tipped over.

So happy we didn't pay double or even triple for this work as we did recieve quotes that were double and triple the cost of Tree Concepts!

Will use Tree Concepts in the future, if needed.

Steve and his crew did a great job.  All the dead wood is gone and many of the trees have been opened to admit more light.  Our yard looks great.  I recommend Tree Concepts to anyone.  John Lansing

We were happy with them. It was a fair quote and he has done work for us previously. They are excellent. They did a great job. We called them, they gave us a quote and in a couple of days they were here to cut the tree.
