We started our search for a new vehicle by test driving at Toyota of Naperville. The salesman Harvey Nyien was very respectful of our limited time and offered lots of description of the vehicle's features. During test drives, he offered instruction on how to use a backup camera. I found his comments insightful and helpful in learning about the 2018 models. Although we did not make a purchase there, we agree with our friends and neighbors that the Naperville dealership is worth visiting and will not hesitate to go there next time. Harvey was a pleasure to talk to and highly recommend him to all Angie's List members as well as friends and family. .

I would consider buying from them again. I pre-shopped. I shopped online, so I narrowed it down. I went in and said I want to see these 3 cars and they were ready. I test drove them and I picked one and that was it.

They were wonderful to deal with. They really don't haggle. They went in with the computer pronounce, you know how you can get all that information on-line. They just said okay, this is the price. The salesman was very good. He took us on a test drive. He insisted that we take it for a test drive. He made sure that both of us step behind the wheel and knew where everything was. He took a long time to explain the new features. He was really, really helpful.

They were great all the way down the line. We are very comfortable with them and have worked with them for a few years. They have replaced some things on warranty without any problems. I once gave them the opportunity to charge me for something that didn't need to be done and they advised me against it. They are very honest. I will continue to use them.
