Description of Work: I had a missing stone replaced, several rings cleaned and checked, and a watch band replaced. Additionally, I sold some unwanted jewelry. I don't know how the price they charged compared, because I didn't go to any other place. I was extremely pleased with the service, and I would never consider going any place else, now.

Description of Work: Wonderful customer service; really impressed. I don't know how their price for my service compared, because I didn't go anywhere else. I was totally satisfied with the quality of the repair I had done. They bought some old jewelry, too, and I was pleased with the way that transaction was handled.

 + -1 moreDiamond Gallery of Naperville has been our go to jeweler for several years. We went there at the recommendation of a neighbor who had been shopping there for years. When our daughter wanted to change the setting on her engagement ring to platinum, they did the work. It looks gorgeous. Upon returning from Afghanistan, our son decided to get married on short notice. Jenn bent over backwards to help us get the rings in time for the wedding. They purchased all 3 of their rings there. My husband, after more than 31 years of marriage has realized that I love beautiful jewelry, NOT appliances. Jenn has been there to guide him through quite a few purchases and they are wonderful pieces. When I lost one of my diamond studs and earring jackets, Amanda was there to help us replace the pieces. Jenn helped to design a necklace that I wear daily. She is a kindred spirit when it comes to knowing what I will like. We have also had them do repair work on some very precious pieces. It has always been done in a timely manner and looked great afterwards. I will be thrilled if my husband keeps going to Diamond Gallery of Naperville to buy my gifts and would recommend them to my friends.
Description of Work: We have purchased jewelry there, as well as having repairs made to jewelry that was precious to us. They have always bent over backwards to answer our questions and to help us in whatever way they could. While a little expensive, you get quality pieces for your money. Our appraisals have always exceeded our costs.
