My furnace was running non stop. Had to completely shut it off to get it to stop cycling.
But of course when Joe came it was running fine.
He said he would clean it and check it out and try to find the problem.
Told me he couldn't find anything wrong.
VERY HONEST company!!! Have used them for years!

They always come right away. They take really good care of me. They give really good advice. They look out for pocketbook and their repairs are excellent. They are very professional.

I called them for repair initially, and I thought their repair price was reasonable. The price was lower than somebody else's price. They were also recommended by a company that I know. Since then, I have been using them yearly for inspections.

Our furnace stopped working two days after we turned it on. Talked to a friend and suggested we use Tech Temp, since they have used them for years. We called the Temp Tech guys late on Saturday night. I told them I didn't want to pay for a weekend visit, and they agreed. The weather was going to be okay for the next few days, so we setup sometime 9-11 on Tuesday. Tuesday morning came, and 11 went, and no call, no technician. I called and got their answering service. They said someone would call as soon as possible. I go a call within 10 minutes. Lenny, the owner, apologized that one of their trucks had died, but he would get his technician out using Lenny's truck. I still waited until almost 1:00 before Joe showed up. I wasn't happy that they took so long to show up, but Joe set to work troubleshooting to find out what was wrong. Joe was very thorough, and tried to figure out what was wrong, but was baffled. Everything appeared to be fine. He checked everything to do with the furnace, and then moved to the Humidifier. This was a fairly new humidifier, with an external sensor. He checked everything and found that the controller for the Humidifier had a fault. He checked, and found that the siding installers (we had siding replaced this past summer) had actually CUT the wire to the external sensor. This actually caused the furnace to fault out. He installed the manual override to the sensor (I'm calling the siding guys to tell them to come uncover the sensor and re-install it). Then Joe went the extra mile and reattached our Thermostat to the wall, cleaned up the furnace room, and was finished with the job. Very happy with his work. He was very polite, very quick, very good at his job.

They are very economical and they don't rip you off. They are down to earth, honest people. One company was going to charge me $1100, he was $575, also doing a little work on my water heater.
