He disconnected the air unit after paying him up front in cash. After removing it, he said it was too heavy and would be back to pick it up. Here it is 6 weeks later and I have not heard from him since, even after paying up front. Please avoid this company.

Went very well. Provider completed the job in one day, brought all materials necessary, and cleaned up after himself. Provider was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product.
