structural engineer
+ -1 moreI contacted this business for an estimate on a structural evaluation of my residence. The engineer I spoke with, Dr. Kaydar(?), claimed they did a lot of structural evaluations but he could not clearly explain just what they would inspect and was very evasive when I asked about the inspection fee. When I pressed him on the cost he finally admitted it would be $950 and for that amount they would only produce a single page letter and not a detailed report. He also would not provide any references and acted very indignant that I had even asked for any.
Description of Work: Inspection and structural evaluation of my primary residence.
