He had a referral network that he put us in touch with to help with everything - mortgage broker, lawyer, painter, home inspector, handyman, etc. He knew exactly what needed to be done to sell our house, and fix after several things came back that was requested by the buyers and he let us use his network if needed. We did and they too were top notch. He handled everything from A to Z which was big relief due to my travel schedule.
His staff was very responsive and easy to work with - true professionals to help us through the whole process both on the buying and selling side. He only charges 5% for his services and we would have been very happy paying the 6% that other realtors normally charge.
I highly recommend Steve - you can't go wrong if you're looking for a Realtor out here. He's that good and very easy to work with. The best is that he still stays in touch with us even after the sale and is still as responsive as he was when I was working with him during the sale. His team is helping with some work around my house that I couldn't be happier with from his referral network.
