The sale of my home went smoothly. He has a great support staff!

With 3 young children, we had outgrown our home were we resided for the last 10 years. We were very apprehensive with the prospect of selling our house and being able to find a house that suited our family's needs within a desirable school district. We vetted a few realtors and Steve Malik stood out from the rest. Steve has extensive experience and we could tell he enjoys working in real estate. We were extremely impressed with Steve's marketing plan (to sell our current home). We had multiple offers (one at full asking price), but decided to go with a buyer more flexible with our closing timeline and our home was sold in 10 days! We were able to find a new home quickly and both closings went smoothly with no delays. Steve and his staff are awesome!...very responsive and produce results. We would definitely go back to Steve for future real estate needs.

As I've stated in other reviews I wish I could give him 6 stars he's that good.  If you are looking for a realtor in the area you couldn't pick a better one.  We bought and sold our homes through him and I want to talk more about the sale of our home.  We weren't going to list it until Spring and Steve told us otherwise.  He said there was demand in December for our home - we listed it and within 5 days accepted an offer of 97% of listing price.  He was relentless on getting us the best price and when I thought there wasn't any more room for negotiation he proved me wrong.
He had a referral network that he put us in touch with to help with everything - mortgage broker, lawyer, painter, home inspector, handyman, etc.  He knew exactly what needed to be done to sell our house, and fix after several things came back that was requested by the buyers and he let us use his network if needed.  We did and they too were top notch.  He handled everything from A to Z which was big relief due to my travel schedule.  
His staff was very responsive and easy to work with - true professionals to help us through the whole process both on the buying and selling side.  He only charges 5% for his services and we would have been very happy paying the 6% that other realtors normally charge.   
I highly recommend Steve - you can't go wrong if you're looking for a Realtor out here.  He's that good and very easy to work with. The best is that he still stays in touch with us even after the sale and is still as responsive as he was when I was working with him during the sale. His team is helping with some work around my house that I couldn't be happier with from his referral network.
