Terrible. Quality of work was poor. Follow-up was poor. Contractor failed City building code inspection & breached his own contract. Project went more than 5 months past originally estimated completion time which was specified in the contract. We ended up filing complaints against this contractor for the poor work with BBB, Naperville Chamber of Commerce, IL Attorney General, & NARI. No satisfaction was provided until we initiated civil law suit proceedings. After receiving our letter of notice to file suit, the contractor ultimately reimbursed us over $3,500 for his shoddy work by cashier's check.
