I am a new home owner that purchased a single family in December of 2022. Although I had a pre-sales inspection done, the first Chicago winter in the house took a few known problems and made them urgent. Stan and the Royal Construction team came into my life at exactly the right time. I trusted the company to rebuild my chimney, tuck-point the brick throughout the building, seal the foundation, build me a new roof and completely replace my front door entryway (rotted with water damage). They did a magnificent job, mindful of my time, budget and the urgent nature of the projects. In addition to the owner, Stan, I want go give a special shout out to Natali, who was kind, professional and kept me updated throughout each job. Would I recommend Royal Construction to my friends and family? I already have! My realtor has engaged them for a job next week. And if you have any sort of construction issues in your home, I encourage you to make contact. The work wasn't cheap, but I'm positive I would have paid a lot more elsewhere, for lower quality work.

Very pleased with the work completed. Needed a remodel of our foyer which included new flooring, bi-fold door, trim, wainscoting, new stairway, and paint. Completed the project in a week and very satisfied with the result. Would use them again.

Frank and Manuel did an outstanding job on the electrical work in our home. We purchased an older home and wanted to make a few changes. They were able to upgrade the lighting in our entryway, installed LED dimmable lights in the living room, and created outlets for ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. They were very prompt, neat, and thorough. Any questions we asked they answered them in a way that was very easy to understand. We will definitely hire them again in the future to do additional home repairs/projects.

We are so happy with Frank and his team. He helped us with an entire kitchen remodel and refinishing floors, and also did our lighting work. Since then his team helped install a big chandelier in our foyer and did an excellent job. I have recommended him to my cousin and they just finished remodeling her kitchen, home painting, adding drywall, lighting, etc. They are so professional, honest, and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

Frank Riyal and team did an excellent job working with me on a Kitchen rehab project, that grew as we began, and included a hallway and half bath.   More than a little carpentry involved too, as the new cabinets had some intricate woodworking required at the top.
They did a great job.  They were punctual, honest, and great communicating with us about timing and costs.  No surprises with Royal from the initial estimate to the job completion, they did everything they said they would to our satisfaction.  (Even when the cabinet rep decided to go on vacation in the middle of the project!).  
I would highly recommend them.
