Susan provided much needed information on the pros and cons of both privacy and decorative window treatments for our home. We had just installed new windows; and I needed advice on how best to cover my windows for privacy (wood blinds, woven woods, or cellular shades, etc.) as well as possible decorative treatments in the future. I value Susan's recommendations as she has been in the business for many years and knows what works and what does not. I also needed to know approximate costs for the coverings I might select, and she was able to provide a cost range for me.
