This was the 2nd time we used RIX. They also remodeled a full bathroom for us as well.
Our basement was completely unfinished. Rick provided a very professional design layout and estimate of the work. Though we approved his original design, we made changes along the way that he accomodated into his work.
- Replaced all basement windows
- Created seperate spaces and closets as need
- Performed electrical work as need
- Rerouted heating ducts as needed
- Stained and installed doors, basebord and woodwork around windows
- Built wet bar and stained to matched other woodwork,
- Installed cabinets in bar area
- Installed ceramic floor tile in bar area
By no means is RIX the lowest cost, however I believe you get what you pay for. The work is top notch and Rick stands behind the work, often including little touches that he feels improves the design at no additional cost.
Would and probably will use RIX again in the future.
