We have had two great experiences with Redstart Construction. First, remodeling our master bathroom and guest bathroom. Shortly after that we moved out of state. Upon returning to Illinois and purchasing a home, it was an easy decision to use Redstart again. Our new home was quite outdated but we weren't ready to undertake a major remodel yet. We were looking for a quick way to update the home before we moved in. Chad, the owner, helped us in deciding what our best option was. We had all the dark trim, molding and interior doors replaced and painted white, installed new hardware in all doors and closet doors, installed new carpet upstairs, repainted all walls and ceilings.
Working with Chad was great. Our initial consultation was excellent and the proposal was very detailed, so we knew everything that was included, no surprises. He kept us informed with status updates frequently. The work was fast and always clean, even though they had to work around our unpacked boxes. I was impressed. We found Chad to be very detail oriented and precise. He has a great eye for design and was able to help with color choices and suggestions. I know that when we are ready to do a major remodel, we will use Redstart.
