Barb is the most patient person on earth. Explained all my options in detail and never seemed annoyed when I changed my mind on the floor plan or products (which happened often). She has been doing this for years and had some great ideas.
Q's does not do the installation but referred us to Tom McManamon who was a pleasure to work with and did a great job.
We absolutely love the look of our cabinets and get many compliments. The cabinets, themselves are a very good quality and the manufacturer had a "no questions asked" attitude when I wasn't happy with the stain in one area. It was replaced quickly. My only complaint is that after about 6 months, the hardware started coming loose on multiple cabinets.  It is easy enough to tighten but it seems to be an ongoing issue.

I forget the young lady's name, but she was excellent to work with. She and my wife clicked and even though our kitchen was small, she was very interested in our project and wanting everything to go exactly how we wanted. She was innovative and interested, she cared about the final product. We went to a variety of kitchen places and they wanted to just basically replace what we had and not use any imagination at all. The young lady at Q's was 180 degrees different from the others. We would go back to Q's if we had a need. we were extremely satisfied with the service and value.

The kitchen cabinets sold by Q Cabinets are beautiful and the recommended installer was excellent.
Q Cabinets provided many cabinet and counter top choices. Bard was patient and available with any questions we had.
One problem occurred during the installation and it was quickly addressed and fixed to our satisfaction.
The design of our kitchen is excellent. Bard provided cabinet options that other cabinet makers said were not possible or difficult, such as a lazy Susan turn table in a small lower corner cabinet.
When we first started looking at kitchen cabinets, I was shocked at the cost. Bard's prices are reasonable and the cabinets are of high quality.
Her counter top fabricator was also excellent. We went to a few of the counter top warehouses that Bard recommended and  selected a slab.
The overall experience was excellent.

I found Q's Cabinet Shoppe at the tail end of my search for kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity.  We were remodeling both our kitchen and bath and had already been working with several vendors on a kitchen design with quotes from several different manufacturer lines.  Based on the Angie's List reviews, and looking on the website, I decided to stop by Q's Cabinet Shoppe.  I noticed when walking into the store that they carried one of the cabinet lines which I already received a quote from elsewhere. Barb greeted me and I told her what I was looking for.  She was extremely helpful and when I asked her about that line, she explained that the line I was looking at was not as good in quality than another one that I eventually did order.  I would get better quality and a cheaper price.  I had already spent many hours researching the cabinet brands and lines and basically had the kitchen design complete.  I scheduled for Barb to come to my house and take measurements and I gave her copies of the design that I had already had from another vendor at that time.  We then met to discuss the plans, and although Barb had some great ideas to tweak the plans, she was very open to my ideas.  Barb was very detailed.  I have a sloped kitchen ceiling with one wall of cabinets several feet above the other side.  I wanted cabinets as high as possible (basically to the ceiling) on both sides of the galley kitchen.  I have a very small house and wanted to be able to store things in the top cabinets.  When Barb showed me her plans, I noticed some differences and asked why she didn't use a certain cabinet height combination.  Long story short, the cabinets wouldn't have fit if I had used the other vendor.  There wasn't enough room because the other vendor didn't take into account the entire slope of the ceiling.  When I received the estimate, I was surprised to find that Barb's quote was several thousand dollars cheaper than my other quotes - including the bells and whistles like soft closed drawers and cabinets, trim, stained and glazed, etc - and the cabinet line was of better quality.  Barb let me take samples home and helped me pick out the trim, etc.  I did order the cabinets through Barb and she was so easy to work with and professional.  The installation packet was so thorough - my contractor had no issues following the plans.    It was a lot of cabinets in a small space. He asked where I got the cabinets from -  he was really impressed with the quality.  I also ordered the hardware on another trip, again thinking I could get it cheaper with an online vendor.  It wasn't, and I ended up ordering it through Q's Cabinet Shoppe.  After installation, I discovered that the bathroom vanity would need to be modified because the bottom drawer would be too long.  I didn't realize that the staircase was right below the bathroom and cut into the vanity space.  I suppose if I had Barb measure the bathroom vanity too, she would have noticed.   But in any case, I ordered a shorter glide so that the drawer could be shortened, and again Barb was prompt, personable and professional.  I am so glad that I decided to stop into her store.  I don't think my kitchen would have turned out as beautiful as it is.

Their work is just gorgeous!!!  Everything is superlative.  The designing is gorgeous and they do everything to scale.  Anything you want to do they can do.  Barb, the owner, is just wonderful to work with as well.

Our experience when we first met with Barb, the owner, was very positive.  She is knowledgeable, professional, and spent time educating us in cabinet construction.  We met with several different companies and in the end we selected Q's because of the quality of the cabinets, our confidence in Barb, and the value of the cabinets for the money.
Barb was very patient as we made changes and modifications, asked a million questions, and stopped into the shop to look at samples.  She was very generous in allowing us to take sample doors or hardware home for as long as we needed.  Since Barb only sells the cabinets and does not do the installation, she had several general contractors that she has worked with that she recommended.  We could choose one of hers or select our own GC.  
The cabinets were installed without any problems.  All the pieces and parts were packed and inventoried beautifully.  We had some minor issues with a couple of the doors and Barb and the cabinet company replaced them no questions asked.  Now that we've had some time in our new kitchen, we absolutely love the cabinets.  And the experience with Q's was just great.  
Barb was always available for whatever I needed.  She also did a little "debrief" meeting after the project was done to better understand what we liked and what we would have done differently.  I can't say there is anything we would do differently as it relates to Q's or our cabinet decisions.  We're very happy with all of it.  We would definitely recommend Q's Cabinet Shoppe to anyone looking for mid to high end cabinets.

It went flawlessly. Once we determined the layout (which she confirmed with our contractor before placing order) and cabinets, Barb placed the order with the manufacturer. From there is we were told it would be 4-6 weeks until our cabinets arrived. Cabinets came in in 4 weeks. She then again worked with the contractor to be sure he knew exactly how to install the cabinets according to her design.
