The sales representative was very informative. All of our questions were answered. If she didn't know an answer she would take the time to find the information. Sales person was very patient and made suggestions based on what our needs were. No one product brand was emphasized over the other. She search for the lowerst price and beat the competitors. She thoroughly explained the service repair program if it were to be needed and the benefits of the extented warranties. The installation was at a time of our choosing. They arrived right on time, calling ahead. The installation was very quick and they removed the old units. They checked to see if the new units worked properly. All of our questions were answered and they also briefly explained the features, care and maintenance. We have had the machines only two months but we are very satisfied with the sales, price, delivery and installation service.
