It went okay and not great. It was a customer service issue. The main people we were working with were negative. We had some questions and he was very negative. The installation and clean up was fine but their professionalism was not good. One person said in the reviews that this guy who came out was a jerk. It is actually true.

Stain color is different from original living room dining room stain. Gave excuse that 2years later would be difference. They should have tried to match better.

They did really lousy work with defective material and refused to come back to fix it. They only way that I could get them back to my house was to contact the credit card company and have the charge disputed. The owner has a very nasty attitude. I would not recommend anybody to use him. They do not gaurantee their work and will not correct their mistakes. He argued with me and tried to blame me for the damages.
