This shop had a good inventory and the service is okay if you come in there knowing what you are looking for. I was pretty well set on what I wanted and was shopping price. I found a bike and once I made the selection, I was assisted by a young guy who was reasonably knowledgeable. I asked them to hold the bike for me and returned later. I was able to ride the bike around the parking lot and test it, and ultmately, I purchased the bike. The bike was extremely well priced and was a clearance item from 2010. On top of the excellent price, the owner/manager tacked on a coupon discount even though I did not have a coupon. So overall, I was very pleased with the deal. Once I needed service, they were available to assist and I never had to wait. This appears to be more of a high volume dealer but if you are looking for price, I recommend them and I would use them again. They have a decent inventory. If you want some "hand holdling" and are not sure what you want, then there are couple of other shops that would do a better job in that area, but you will pay more for this service.
