Nu-Life Windows Inc

We were pretty unhappy with them. I don?t know if the company is still in business or not. We had a lot of problems with them. The original quote was only for changing the windows. They tried to push us in getting the siding done once they started with the work. We felt that the work wasn?t done well and they never fixed it. The person that did the trim on the inside was the owner?s brother and he wasn?t professional. They also damaged the house a little bit on the inside. It was just an unhappy experience. Roger is the owner of the company. If he had done it all by himself then it would have been fine. It seemed like he knew what he was doing. He had hired a couple of people who were helping him. They didn?t know what he was doing. He was trying to do too much. It was a bad situation. He got frustrated and mad when we decided that we did want to get the siding done. I don?t think they finished caulking the windows correctly all the way around. They didn?t do what they said they would do. I had to have somebody else come back and fix it later. I definitely wanted to run away from them. The windows that Roger put in were really good. Their responsiveness was good in the beginning but wasn?t the same in the end. We didn?t have much problem with their punctuality. They did what they said they were going to do in the beginning but it changed at the end. I would not use their services in the future.
