About us
We are nerdy, affordable and fast! We provide local IT technical support. We support Mac, PC, tablets, mobile devices, networking, data recovery and home automation. So how does it work? First we chat with you over the phone or through email about your technical issue. We provide you with an estimate and a timeline for completion.Then you have 2 options: 1) You come to our repair lab located in Downtown Naperville at 200 S. Main St. (right above Starbucks). Drop off your troubled device and we begin work. 2) We come to you and pick up your troubled device, take it back to our repair lab and begin work on it. During the process we update you regularly on progress and make recommendations where needed. The goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Finally, if we can't fix it, you don't pay. That's the Nerd Rangers' guarantee.
