Nephew's Painting

Totally unprofessional and did terrible work. Did no caulking, dripped everywhere, complained the whole time, never showed up when promised. Padded the bill with charges he claims weren't part of the estimate but neglected to get approval for. Did not caulk between trim and stucco or even just paint in a straight line. Got white paint drippings on the brand new stucco and covered it up with wood trim paint that doesn't match so now all the brand new stucco has to painted. Argued with every issue and said it looked great and refused to fix. Very disappointed. Terrible work.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $399 for two painters for 8 hours each. I had hoped that with 16 hours of painting (8 hours x 2 guys), we would be able to accomplish painting a small basement bedroom, a bathroom, and patching and painting a living room ceiling. When the painters arrived to look at the job, I was told that I was way too optimistic. In order to save time, I had prepped the bedroom walls...patched all the holes and sanded and removed all the outlet and vent covers. And both rooms were being painted with very similar colors to the existing colors. Both the bedroom and bathroom were painted and the guys finished several hours before hitting the 8 hour mark. But at that point, it was too late to start the living room ceiling because of the patchwork that would have been needed. If the patching had been done first, it would have had time to dry while they painted the bedroom. Then they could have patched it again, and then painted the bathroom. Then it would have been ready to paint and I'm guessing they still would have finished before the time paid for was up.
That evening, I found a wet spot in the basement bedroom. I thought maybe it was just water and I would let it dry. However, when it dried, it was clear that it was not just water, but likely a paint spill. I reached out to the owner. He spoke with his painters and confirmed that it was a paint spill. I did pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned and to Bill's credit, he was extremely apologetic and promptly reimbursed me for the carpet cleaning. I do wish the painters would have been up front about the spill though.
I would also like to say that the painters did a really nice job painting straight lines where the wall meets the ceiling. I was impressed by their skills.
Again, to Bill's credit, he did work to remedy the situation with the paint spill and the painters were quite skilled at their jobs.

Nephew's Painting was accomodating of our schedule, and they were able to come within a week of our call. They were nice and did a good job, and their prices were very reasonable. We would reccommend them and would use them again in the future.

We had one painter who became sick.  We were just about to take pictures to put our house on the market and our painter was unavailable.  I called Bill and that night he showed up and did one layer of paint.  Enough to make it look presentable.  They came back the following week to finish the job.  they came when they promised and were VERY accommodating and did a great job.  Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Bill and George did an excellent job!  They were very professional .

Bill and his crew arrived a head of schedule, were very polite (as always), and immediately set to work identifying the problem with one of our gutters.  Within 15 minutes they had resolved the issue and cleaned out the very plugged gutter.  We have them clean our gutters every fall, and Bill and his crew are always professional and affordable.  They do a great job every time.  After this fall's cleaning I noticed one of the gutters had come detached from the roof.  It may have been from very high winds, but Bill and his crew came over promptly and repaired the gutter at no charge.

Had seen signs for the business so I called. Didn't call back as quickly as I had hoped, but when the owner called, we scheduled a time for him to check out the job, discussed price, etc.
Bill White came out on time and got the gutters cleaned out and cleaned and removed up the gunk -- no mess left behind!
And I didn't have to climb the ladder!

Absolutely fabulous! They were on time, polite and very good with the clean up. The gutters were spotless and they did a wonderful job.

They did a fantastic job. Billy was very courteous and good about following up. I have used him multiple times.

Bill has cleaned our gutters a couple of times, always on time,  very professional and hard working. He did a great job and even did some extra work.
I am very happy with the work and would use them again. A great experience.
Cost was less in the spring due to less work, a bit more in the fall due to more work.  A very good value.
