For any reason if its not right we will repair or replace the part for free When {Member name removed} contacted us we offered to pick up the computer from his work at no extra cost because it was more convenient for him.we were early and waited for him to arrive. Upon diagnostic scans we found and removed several viruses/ malware. The computer was in bad shape but we were able to remove them all. We spent about two hours repairing this machine but only bill him for one because we thought it was fair. We offered to return it same day but {member name removed} said he was unable to receive it and wanted us to wait for three days when he was returning to work. We delivered the machine on time and he said was happy with our work and our price. Several days later he called wanting some additional software and we offered to help remotely at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. when we were unable to get an internet connection we offered to do it in the shop at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We never heard back from him. We would like to offer you a credit for the $125 you spent plus the $65 you spent somewhere else for a total of $190. We want all of our clients to be satisfied with our service and will do whatever it takes to make it right. ."
Neotec is awesome; 100-percent positive. I have used them for multiple things for us. I used him three times this year and two times last year. Every time he worked with us he was able to repair our systems and recover everything. Service is immediately same day.
I highly recommend Jeff as a personable, confident, and highly capable IT business professional.

Update: Several further comments:
Jeff makes it sound as though there he gave me a special deal for the Sunday visit. Nothing was said about this. I called him on Sunday, he called back and said he would come by within an hour.
Secondly, he did NOT spend two hours; it was exactly 1.5 hours since I was watching the time.
Thirdly, after 1.5 hours, my feeling was he had spent enough time on the job. He agreed and said the computer was fixed. He didn't say anything about working on the wireless device.
Fourth, yes, I did call him on April 28. It's absolutely untrue that he offered to come back for another $25. My position was that the computer was still not working properly, and he should return at no charge to stand by his work. John Anderson
"[member name rmeoved] contacted us on 4/20/2014 regarding a slow computer. We set up a Sunday appointment at no additional cost. The computer was over run with viruses and malware and had no anti virus protection. we spent almost 2 hours removing and repairing the computer.and billed him for 1.5 hours of work. I advised him that the computer needed additional repairs but he said he was on a budget and was happy with the work I preformed and did not want me to work on the wireless because it would cost $25.00 more He contacted us on 4/28/2014 to ask us to fix the wireless but did not want to pay for the repair."
This was actually the second time I contacted Neo-Tec. The first time I called, he came over within a half hour and attempted to fix my problem. He was here over an hour and everything seemed to be fixed. However, I had to call him back and he gave me some instructions over the phone. When this didn't work either, he took over my computer and spent at least forty five minutes trying to correct the problem, which he did. There was no charge for this. On a subsequent call, after my computer displayed the blue screen, he told me it was shot. (This explained all the previous problems trying to fix my issues) He recommended a Dell or a Hewlett Packard and I purchased an HP. The visit on the 19th was when he installed the new computer.
I think that arbitrary DEMAND to describe details should be tailored to a service. Lack of "detailed" description should not stop anyone from submitting review as one sees it fit. Otherwise, you may not get a response at all. And, what if someone is not very fluent in writing/English?
"Neotec Computer has been providing onsite and in home services for 11 years. We always discuss our fees in advance. We have a 1 hour minimum that insures that we can at least cover our travel. In this case 12 miles each way times two is 48 miles. After an initial phone consultation and onsite inspection we offered to perform 3 more hours of diagnostics at no additional charge. Every attempt was made to repair the computer but ultimately it was too damaged to be cost effectively repaired."

squad and they told me their computer system was down(how ironic)!
Neotec was available right away and it took an hour and a half to clean
up my computer. He also got our wireless router to work and got our TV
connected to the internet. He was very helpful. I will call him again
in the future if I need computer help again
