+ -1 moreMy experience with NCS was very good. Mr. Schiavone was very professional and very thorough. He was able to test for all necessary items and suggest additional inspections, eg termite, that we otherwise would not have done.
Description of Work: The company provided a home inspection on a property that we were buying on and ''as-is'' contract. NCS was very thorough. He was able to check for termites and other problems and suggest secondary inspections that were quite necessary. He was very knowledgeable and probably saved us from buying a property that had many problems below the surface that we otherwise would not have known about.
