When we bought our house there were a number of small electrical problems, primarily outlets not grounded or functioning correctly. There were also two major problems: the whirlpool tub in the master bath was not grounded and the can lights which were in our master bathroom were not insulation rated (and were in the attic).
We got Mike's name from the company that did the inspection on our house. He has been prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. His rates are reasonable as well.

They cleaned up after themselves. They explained things to us.
