Marquise Plumbing and Backflow

Would not recommend this plumber. Owner Brad was asked to return to fix a problem that was not fixed during the first service visit. He charged us a second time $150 service fee plus parts to fix one of the original problems with a toilet. He was here about 10 minutes to fix the leak. We questioned him about the second service fee and asked him to please work with us because the problem was not fixed the first visit. He reluctantly offered to take $10 off! Really? Really?? We value everyone's time, but in this case we feel Brad was not willing to work with us at all! We would not recommend Marquise Plumbing because of Brad's unwillingness to reasonably reduce the service call or eliminate it because of the situation. His lack of thoroughness and skill to fix the problem properly during the first service call was problematic costing us time and money! This handling felt really wrong and unprofessional. This handling is NOT the way to keep a customer or to gain new ones. We will NOT hire again!

Jay came out next day after I called for price. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job. I would recommend Marquise if you are looking for a good local plumber.

Brad and Jay were professional and knowledgeable. Jay showed up first and was even a tad early (15 minutes) which worked out well for my schedule. He started with draining my old water heater and prepping the new one. Brad came later and helped with the installation and answered a few of my questions. The whole process took about an hour and was done to my satisfaction.

Plumbers was on time but I was running 10 minutes late, talked to plumber. He understood and came at the right time. Down o earth guy. Did not try to upsell us anything. Left laundry room cleaner than he found it.

Faucet fixture had a leak due to a plastic ring being broke when remodeling. Installer installed new faucet fixture. Jay found issue right away & was in & out in 1 hour.

Excellent! Very responsive to call for service, very professional and price charge was extremely reasonable.

It went well. I like the toilet. And the toilet was put in well. One problem though, the toilet makes a very loud thuncking noise when flushed. I wish I had known the type of toilet he was putting in because I would have never chosen that toilet. I don't like that loud thuncking noise. But I guess it's too late now. I've been looking for something I could buy to help dampen the noise when it's flushed, but so far I haven't been successful. I never buy cheap things. Because like they say, "you get what you pay for".

It didn't. This offer hasn't been valid for months. Sooo, Angie's List debits my bank account $225. (Within 30 seconds) but can't refund my money for 2-3 business days. Now, I have no bathtub or washing macine usage and can't do anything further until my money is refunded. The chat person was very nice. She offered to switch deals to another provider. Not feeling ok with that. The true professionalism of a company is in how they handle issues. I am a disabled widow. I don't think I feel confident in my trNsaction.

The owner Brad came to do the job. He was great and identified the correct problem quickly. Gave me a reasonable estimate to fix it and warranted the work for 30 days. I would hire Marquise again.

Called the owner Brad after receiving notice from city. Brad scheduled a anytime the following week. He arrived on-time, completed service as requested. Payment was easy, certification acts were unprocessed to portal as promised over all great experience.

Brad the plumber was on time & performed the installation in a professional manner & on budget.

Brad was prompt and extremely professional. He explained the backflow testing process, the history, and answered all of my questions. I definitely plan to have Marquise perform the test next year.

Ron answered my call & came to replace the water heater at 12:00 the same day. No problems.

He was prompt & installed needed part & was fairly priced.

Great job plumber went above & beyond cleaning out under the sink. They were on time and did a great job replacing the faucet. I would highly recommend them. 3 weeks later my hot water heater went out on a sat with out of town company coming on Monday. Called them sat – they said they would be there Monday. Called me sun morning and said I had company coming the would come fixit on Sunday. Did a great job! Hot water heater much loss expensive their home depart.

We had an electrical outlet that went bad and the fuse blew during the repair work on our pump.  They could do nothing about that since it was electrical.  However, the actual plumbing work was completed to our satisfaction.

Ron was on time and cheerful, even though the project was a bit more tedious than expected. He had to come back a 2nd time to address a small leak. Came promptly and happily. A+
