The installation were very smooth

Everything was great -- in the store, the sales man was very helpful answering our questions, pointing out features. We received detailed information about the process and ordered a custom door. We could have ordered one from stock, but custom doors were on sale. The door arrived within 2 weeks, and was installed about a week later. The installer was very professional, on time, and did an excellent job installing the door.

The dishwasher came on the expected delivery date. It was installed under new granite counter tops. When we went to use it we discovered it did not latch and close properly. We called Diamond Factory Service, Lowes' sub contractor for repairs. They came out and identified the missing latch part. We set a repair date in 2 weeks out. An hour before the repairman called and said he didnt have the correct part. Still waiting for the company to come out and repair it - its been sitting for a month and has never worked once. Still waiting on Factory Diamond Service.
When I ordered the Samsung frig, the salesman said he was showing they were out of the model advertised but he could order one for his store and another from another store and cancel one out and call me that night to confrim all. He never did. I assumed he got one after I got a confirming delivery set up call. At 3 pm that day (took off work) I called Lowes and asked about when it was coming. I had just timed my donation of my old frig to ReStore and they took away my old frig and my food was cooling in the garage (my lesson learned). The salesman said they never did get that unit in and offerred me a temp unit or another model at a slightly higher price. I took the offer of another model at a good price and it was actually delived the following day.

I also contracted with another provider to install new siding where the windows were to be replaced. The siding people advised that the windows should be installed first. The delay in getting the windows caused delays in getting the siding installed. Except for the parallelogram windows, the others appear to have been measured and installed properly. The fit of the parallelogram windows, however, was not as good. However, they are, nevertheless, now installed.

From ordering to installation, they did a great job. The guys who came out for the installation were professional and friendly. They even gave me suggestions on the work. All in all, it was a very good experience. I thought they were very knowledgeable and very courteous. They were really good. I would absolutely use them again.

EXCELLENT! The staff is knowledgeable, offers great suggestions and advice, keeps you informed and sets reasonable expectations. The product was delivered on-time and the contractors that did the installation were excellent. We did a lot of research on windows before selecting Pella Value line and selected them due to their efficiency, energy ratings, price and asthetic appeal. We couldn't be more pleased with this decision.

It was a very disappointing experience. I have always liked Lowe's and expected better of them. Jessica in the install department seemed bothered I was calling, and really didn't care much at all. She reassigned the job to D and D Roofing Installation, they have a bad record on the BBB. A secretary called me from D and D and told me someone would call me when they have time. No one ever called.
