Doug Lellbach and his team are excellent to work with and go above and beyond your expectations. They gave a very accurate estimate, communicated quickly and thoroughly, showed up on the promised date(s), worked efficiently and cleanly, completed the job correctly, and were a pleasure to work with. They came through for us in a unexpected situation and made everything better than new. We are happy to recommend Lellbach Builders.

He has been out several times to talk to us about the windows. He does more than windows. The wood trim on the windows is rotted and he will repair it. That is why we went with him.

Doug takes a strong "ownership" of his projects and appears to care as much as the homeowner about the quality and smoothness of the process. If there is a weakness with this General Contrctor, I would suggest it is the focus on his subs costs. In some specific instances, the sub cost came back higher than budgeted cost which seemed to surprise Lellbach (as well as the homeowner). Lellbach is not satisfied until the homeowner is satisfied and seems to be "on call" for questions/issues 24/7.

Excellent work. High quality workmanship, reliable subcontractors, good quality material at a reasonable price, all within the budget estimates. Doug and Deb Lellbach, the company owners, are hands on involved. The result, I believe, is an attention to quality. The house looks terrific; like a new house. If there is a complaint, it is a small one. It takes a bit longer for punch list type items to get completed. But it is worth the wait.
