Bob Lee was a true professional in every way. Move in date, the home was 100 percent complete, clean. Every finishing touch was the very best quality in every material and in workmanship. The unique architecture, design and combinations of material was outstanding exceeding all expectations. Top of the line appliances, and even window treatments were taken care of. When buying a new home, it's not only the possession date that matters. After move in service was also the single best experience I've had of the 9 new homes I've owned in the USA and Canada. Paint touch ups, appliance tweaks, landscaping replacements after a hard winter were all professionally cared for. Every interaction with Bob and his crew also made me feel that I was in good hands. I'm a professional, and travel a large part of my work week. Bob and his team ensured that even in my absence, that anything needed "after sale" was cared for. Above and beyond the call of the duty - his team would also complete work that I didn't even have my punch list. After work was completed, the team would also leave behind touch up kits, ie paint, stain, etc. They would also ensure the home was cleaner than when the arrived. Everyone's home is their pride. It's where you enjoy and live your life. The Huffman St. home that Bob Lee completed will always be a stand out for me. I will never find the same quality, character and service that I had in Naperville with Bob. Integrity and trust of a builder is critical. Your investment needs to be sound.
