Description of Work: This was our first time buying a house and my husband and I had no experience with the whole mortgage and loan process. Dan and Lisa were absolutely amazing. Explained everything every step of the way. Lisa returned my emails and calls almost immediately. Dan would call to check in and just make sure things were going smoothly and if we had any questions or issues. We were nervous because we had heard horror stories about closing getting delayed and not going smoothly. I can honestly say this was one of the most painless processes and it is all thanks to the hard work and knowledge of Dan and Lisa.

Description of Work: Very shady-feeling. Always trying to work new angles. My loan officer kept telling me that he was trying, and to him, me getting approved for a loan made sense, but he couldn't make it happen. He pre-approved us for much more than he should have in order to get us a house, then it fell through quickly.
