We had used Ken twice before (in fact this is the second time we have had him paint the master bedroom) and needed quite a bit of painting done prior to putting our house on the market. He did his usual quality job and even came out on a Saturday to do some touchups (even after I had paid him in full).

The price we spent was really inexpensive and surprising affordable. We spent probably $600 for multiple rooms and the exteriors and we thought that it was an incredible deal.

Fantastic! Ken came in and gave us a really good estimate of what it would cost and there were no surprises. He is really honest and a nice person to work with. He came in and covered everything and removed all the furniture and pained a good sized area in just a couple of hours.

When I moved into my townhouse, he was recommended to me by my realtor. My estimate was for $1,300 and he came in under budget. They did a really nice job. It was excellent. They cleaned up, did the work and were prompt.
